Shop review: Off the Wall

Simon Binns wants to buy everything, but may need more walls

What is it?

Off The Wall

Where’s that then?
Boar Lane, in the city centre.

What does it sell?
Really interesting prints, canvases, t-shirts, posters and badges. Retro film and comic posters, pop art and framed prints of modern takes on old films. It’s cool and quirky.

Sounds good? How much?
Posters start at £15 unframed and go up to £30 framed. The framed prints were £23 each or on offer at three for £60. T-shirts were about £20 a pop.

Who shops there?
Young trendies, retro hipsters and 30-somethings who remember Dirty Harry first time around.

Anything else?
There’s a print boutique downstairs with bigger pieces of art. Well worth a visit.
