DJ Shadow Appears in Leeds

TICKETS are on sale for a rare Yorkshire gig by DJ Shadow at the Leeds O2 Academy on Friday 2 November.

In a jokey press release, Shadow says he is touring his fourth album ‘The Less You Know, the Better’, which he describes as 'his weakest and most pretentious selection of new music.'

Luckily there is an impressive crop of guests on the album, including Tom Vek, Little Dragon and Talib Kweli, but Shadow says his new work recalls the wankery of his game-changing debut, Endtroducing.

DJ Shadow returns to the live fray after what he says was an inept performance at Glastonbury, and is coming back to the UK whether we want him or not.

Fortunately for him, we love him.
