Following the success of the First Edition of Relish Yorkshire’s Gourmet Recipe Book a year ago, Relish Publications is about to dish up another portion.
Relish Yorkshire Second Helping celebrates once again the delicious fact that Yorkshire has more Michelin starred restaurants than any other county outside London.
With a foreword by celebrity chef Tessa Bramley and entries from Michelin-starred James Mackenzie from The Pipe and Glass Inn; Steve Smith from The Devonshire Arms; award-winning Tim Bilton from The Butchers Arms and Anthony Flinn from Anthony's Restaurant plus many other of Yorkshire’s finest culinary talent.
It offers a flavour of the region through 51 recipes (starters, mains and desserts) provided by chefs from the best restaurants and hotels across Yorkshire. The 184-page glossy hardback is priced at £17.50, available at local and national bookshops, the restaurants themselves as well as online at www.relishpublications.co.uk. The book was officially launched this week.
Tessa Bramley said about the new edition: “This is a collection of local recipes from innovative Yorkshire chefs celebrating all that is best from our county. It offers a fresh, light take on traditional dishes, yet with more than a nod to the past.”
